The QPA9442 is a broadband, high-linear driver amplifier. Through optimized tuning, the QPA9442 can provide a gain of up to 19dB and achieve an output P1dB of 1W. The QPA9442 amplifier offers outstanding linear performance, with a third-order intercept point (OIP3) of +46dBm at the output, making it highly suitable for 5G base station applications. 

The QPA9442 can be tuned across the entire operating frequency band of 0.6 - 2.8 GHz on all cellular frequency bands, and the shutdown function is integrated through the VPD pin. 

The QPA9442 is packaged in a 20-pin 4X4mm SMT package.
