CMD308P4 is a broadband MMIC low-noise amplifier, installed in a leadless 4x4mm plastic surface-mount QFN package. CMD308P4 is highly suitable for microwave radios and S and C band applications that require high gain, low noise figure and low power consumption. The broadband device offers 31dB gain, with an output 1dB compression point of +12dBm and a noise figure of 1.6dB. CMD308P4 adopts a 50 ohm matching design and does not require external DC blocks or RF port matching.
