Qorvo's CMD271P3 is a broadband MMIC low-noise amplifier, installed in a leadless 3x3 mm plastic surface-mount QFN package. The CMD271P3 is highly suitable for electronic warfare and communication systems that require small size and low power consumption. The broadband device offers a gain of 20 dB, with the corresponding output IP3 of +27 dBm, and a noise figure of 1.8 dB at 8 GHz. The CMD271P3 features a 50-ohm matching design and does not require an external DC block or RF port matching.
