CMD233C4 is a broadband GaAs MMIC low-noise amplifier, installed in a leadless 4x4mm surface-mount package. CMD233C4 is highly suitable for military, space and communication systems, where small size and low noise figure are required over a wide bandwidth. At 10GHz, CMD233C4 provides a gain of more than 9dB, with a corresponding noise figure of 4.5dB and an output 1dB compression point of +20.5dBm. CMD233C4 adopts a 50-ohm matching design and does not require external DC blocks or RF port matching.
