CMD263P3 is a broadband MMIC low-noise amplifier, installed in a leadless 3x3 mm plastic surface-mount QFN package. CMD263P3 is highly suitable for micro-wave radios requiring small size and low power consumption, as well as applications in the C and X bands. The broadband device offers a gain of more than 22 dB, the corresponding 1 dB compression point is +11 dBm, and the noise figure is 1.4 dB. CMD263P3 adopts a 50 ohm matching design and does not require external DC blocks or RF port matching.
