QPL1812 is a high-performance pHEMT MMIC amplifier designed to operate from a single 8V power supply without the need for external voltage regulators. Its high gain, high linearity and low distortion over the frequency range of 50 MHz to 1800 MHz make it an ideal choice for broadband cable applications. The integrated active bias circuit provides stable gain under temperature and process variations. QPL1812 is packaged in a small SOT-89 format and complies with RoHS standards.
