QPL9097 is a high-linear, ultra-low-noise gain block amplifier that incorporates the bypass mode function. At 3.8GHz, the amplifier typically offers a gain of 22dB, an OIP3 of +34dBm and a noise figure of 1.1dB, while drawing 50mA current from a +4.2V power supply.
QPL9097 adopts a high-performance E-pHEMT process for internal matching, and only four external components are required to operate with a single positive power supply: an external RF choke coil and blocking/bypass capacitors. This low-noise amplifier includes an internal active bias to maintain high performance over temperature.
QPL9097 has been optimized for the 3.3–4.2 GHz frequency band and is suitable for wireless infrastructure. QPL9097 is packaged in a 2 x 2. mm DFN.
