TQL9047 is a low-cost surface-mount packaged cascaded high-linear gain block amplifier. At 1.9 GHz, the amplifier typically offers 14.5 dB gain, +35.5 dBm OIP3 and 1.6 dB noise figure, while drawing 70 mA current from a 5V power supply.
The key features of TQL9047 are that it has medium gain over a wide frequency range and integrates a shutdown bias capability to enable TDD applications. The low noise factor and high linearity performance allow this device to be used in the receiver and transmitter chains of high-performance systems. The internal active bias circuit can operate stably under bias and temperature variations, and can be biased from a single positive power supply ranging from +3.3 to +5 volts. The amplifier is internally matched using a high-performance E-pHEMT process and is installed in a small 2 x 2 mm surface-mount package.
TQL9047 covers the frequency band ranging from 700 MHz to 4200 MHz, and is suitable for wireless infrastructure or other applications that require high linearity and/or low noise factor.
