Qorvo's QPA2628 is a packaged, high-performance, low-noise amplifier fabricated using Qorvo's 90nm pHEMT (QPHT09) process. The QPA2628 operates in the frequency range of 22–31.5 GHz, offering a small-signal gain of 23 dB and a P1dB of 19 dBm. It also supports a noise figure of 1.6 dB and an IM3 level of -54 dBc (Pout = 0 dBm/tone). 

The QPA2628 is packaged in a 4mm x 4mm small plastic secondary molding QFN, matching 50 ohms. Both I/O ports have integrated DC blocking covers, facilitating operation and simple system integration. 

The high performance and ease of operation of QPA2628 make it an ideal choice for satellite, military or commercial radar applications.
