QPL9065 is a 2-stage gain block amplifier module with high linearity and ultra-low noise. It features a bypass mode function integrated into the second stage of the product. QPL9065 operates at 1.95 GHz in the high gain mode, typically providing 37.5 dB gain, +36 dBm OIP3 and 0.55 dB noise figure. It also draws 160 mA current from a +5 V power supply. QPL9065 also offers high performance in the low gain mode, with 17.5 dB gain, 0.55 dB noise figure and +33 dBm OIP3, while drawing 70 mA current.
QPL9065 adopts the high-performance E-pHEMT process. This low-noise amplifier incorporates an internal active bias to maintain high performance at different temperatures.
QPL9065 covers the frequency band of 0.45 – 3.8 GHz and is designed for wireless infrastructure. QPL9065 is installed in a 3.5 x 3.5 mm SMT package.
