TQP3M9028 is a low-cost surface-mount packaged cascaded high-linear gain block amplifier. At 1.9 GHz, TQP3M9028 typically offers 14.7 dB gain, +40 dBm OIP3 and 1.8 dB noise figure, while consuming only 85 mA of current. TQP3M9028 is packaged in a lead-free/green/RoHS compliant SOT-89 package that meets industry standards.
TQP3M9028 has the advantage of excellent gain flatness over a wide frequency range. The low noise factor and high linearity performance allow this device to be used in the receiver and transmitter chains of high-performance systems. TQP3M9028 uses the high-performance E-pHEMT process for internal matching, and only requires external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitors to operate with a single +5V power supply. The internal active bias circuit can also operate stably under bias and temperature variations.
TQP3M9028 covers the frequency band ranging from 50 MHz to 4000 MHz and is suitable for wireless infrastructure or other applications that require high linearity and/or low noise figure.
