TQP369181 is a universal buffer amplifier that offers a high dynamic range in a low-cost surface-mount package. At 1900 MHz, the TQP369181 amplifier typically provides 15.3 dB gain, +29 dBm OIP3 and 3.6 dB noise figure, while drawing 45 mA of current. TQP369181 combines reliable performance with consistent quality, and can maintain an MTTF of over 100 years at an installation surface temperature of +85°C. TQP369181 is packaged in a lead-free, green and RoHS-compliant industry standard SOT-363 package. 

TQP369181 is composed of Darlington amplifiers using the highly reliable InGap/GaAs HBT process technology. The operation only requires a DC blocking capacitor, bias resistors and an inductive RF choke coil. 

The broadband TQP369181 MMIC amplifier can be directly applied to various current and next-generation wireless technologies, such as CDMA, WCDMA and LTE. Moreover, TQP369181 will be applicable to various other applications within the frequency range of DC to 6GHz.
