The QPA4425 is a GaAs pHEMT/MESFET 75-ohm push-pull RF amplifier IC with 25dB flat gain and low noise. The QPA4425 is designed to support DOCSIS 3.1 applications, using a single 24V power supply, up to 1218MHz. The QPA4425 offers high efficiency with low noise and distortion, consuming only 7W in a 5x7 QFN package. The compact size and low jc of the QPA4425 enable integration, making it ideal for mixed module applications.
