QPL1810 is a GaAs pHEMT single-ended RF amplifier IC with 20dB flat gain and low noise. QPL1810 is designed to support fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) applications ranging from 50 to 1800 MHz. It uses a single 5V power supply, or can operate from 5V to 8V depending on the linear requirements. QPL1810 is packaged in an SOT-89 package, facilitating layout and design in 75 set-top boxes and infrastructure projects for cable and satellite applications.
