QPA9418 is a low-cost surface-mount packaged high-linear two-stage power amplifier. It features on-chip bias control and temperature control circuits and is suitable for small cell base station applications.
The QPA9418 offers a 30.6 dB gain and a linear power of dBm within the frequency range of 1805 - 1930 MHz. The QPA9418 amplifier can achieve an ACLR of -48 dBc when using a 20 MHz LTE signal with a dBm output power.
The QPA9418 integrates two high-performance amplifiers in a single module, enabling a compact system design and requiring only a few external components for operation. The QPA9418 amplifier is adjustable in bias, allowing for optimized power consumption of the amplifier. The QPA9418 has seven selectable 7.0 mm surface mount packages.
