TQP9218 is a low-cost surface-mount packaged high-linear two-stage power amplifier with on-chip bias control and temperature compensation circuits. The TQP9218 amplifier provides 31.5 dB gain over a frequency range of 1880 MHz on 1805, and can be used without DPD and other linearization circuits. The TQP9218 can achieve -48 dBc ACLR, +24 dBm output power, using a 20 MHz LTE signal (9.5 dB standard load).
The TQP9218 integrates two high-performance amplifiers in a single module, enabling a compact system design and requiring only a few external components for operation. The TQP9218 has adjustable bias, which optimizes the power consumption of the amplifiers and offers a lead-free/ROS compatible 7 x 7.7 mm surface mount package.
The TQP9218 is designed for use in small cell or enterprise microcell base stations, distributed antenna systems (DAS), repeaters, and/or boost amplifiers.
