QPA9419 is a low-cost surface-mount packaged dual-stage power amplifier with high linearity. It features on-chip bias control and temperature compensation circuits, and is suitable for small cell base station applications.
The QPA9419 offers a 30 dB gain and +27 dBm linear power, outperforming 1930 - it covers frequency bands 2, 25 and 36. The QPA9419 amplifier can achieve -48 dBc ACLR, with an output power of +27 dBm, using a 20 MHz LTE signal.
The QPA9419 integrates two high-performance amplifiers in a single module, enabling a compact system design and requiring only a few external components for operation. The QPA9419 amplifier is adjustable in bias, allowing for optimized power consumption of the amplifier. The QPA9419 has a lead-free RoHS-compliant 7 x 7.7 mm surface mount package.
