The QPL6207Q is a high-linear, ultra-low-noise gain block amplifier, featuring a compact 2x2 mm surface-mount package. At 2332 MHz, the amplifier typically provides +35 dBm of OIP3. The QPL6207Q amplifier does not require any negative power supply for operation and can be biased from the positive power rails of 3.3 to 5.25V. The QPL6207Q is installed in a lead-free/green/ROS compliant 2x2 mm package that meets industry standards.
The QPL6207Q adopts the high-performance E-pHEMT process. The low-noise amplifier includes an internal active bias, which ensures high performance at different temperatures.
