QPA9226 is a low-cost surface-mount packaged high-linear three-stage power amplifier. It features on-chip bias control and temperature control circuits and is suitable for small cell or enterprise-level millimeter-wave cell base station applications.
The QPA9226 provides a high gain of 34 dB at +24 and an ACLR of -50 dBc within the 2.5–2.7 range when using a 20 MHz LTE signal in dBm linear power. It covers the 3GPP frequency bands 7, 38, and 41 within the GHz frequency range.
The QPA9226 integrates three high-performance amplifier stages to achieve a compact system design, and it can operate with only a few external components. The QPA9226 amplifier is adjustable in bias, allowing for optimization of the amplifier's power consumption according to specific performance requirements. The QPA9226 has a 7 x 7.7 mm surface mount package that complies with RoHS standards.
