QPA3238 is a hybrid power multiplier amplifier module. QPA3238 uses GaAs/GaN chips and operates at a frequency range of 45 MHz to 1003 MHz. QPA3238 provides excellent linearity and outstanding return loss performance with low noise and optimal reliability. The DC current of QPA3238 can be externally adjusted to achieve the best distortion performance relative to power consumption over a wide range of output levels.
