QPL9098 is a high-linear, ultra-low-noise gain block amplifier. The product incorporates the bypass mode function. At 5.5GHz, the QPL9098 amplifier typically offers 19.6dB gain, +32dBm OIP3 and 1.3dB noise figure, while drawing 68mA current from a +4.2V power supply.
The QPL9098 adopts a high-performance E-pHEMT process for internal matching, and only four external components are required to operate with a single positive power supply: an external RF choke coil and blocking/bypass capacitors. The QPL9098 low-noise amplifier includes an internal active bias to maintain high performance over temperature.
The QPL9098 has been optimized for the 4.0 - 6.0 GHz frequency band and is suitable for wireless infrastructure. The QPL9098 is packaged in a 2 x 2. mm DFN.
