QPA3223 is a hybrid power multiplier amplifier module. QPA3223 uses GaAs pHEMT and GaN pHEMT die chips, featuring high output capability and operating frequency ranging from 45 MHz to 1003 MHz. QPA3223 provides excellent linearity and outstanding return loss performance with low noise and optimal reliability.
