The QPL6202Q is a planar gain, high linearity, ultra-low noise amplifier, featuring a 2 x 2 mm small surface-mount package. At 2.3 GHz, the QPL6202Q amplifier typically provides 21.8 dB gain, offers +39.9 dBm OIP3 under a 55 mA bias setting, and has a 0.52 dB noise figure. The LNA can be biased from 3.3 to 5.25 volts by a single positive power supply. The QPL6202Q is encapsulated in an industry-standard 2 x 2 mm package that complies with green/RoHS standards.
The QPL6202Q adopts the high-performance E-pHEMT process. The low-noise amplifier includes an internal active biasing mechanism to maintain high performance under temperature variations. This LNA incorporates a shutdown biasing capability, allowing for operation in TDD applications.
