RFPD3890 is a hybrid power frequency doubler amplifier module. RFPD3890 employs GaAs MESFET, GaAs pHEMT and GaN HEMT chips, featuring high output capability, with a working frequency ranging from 40 MHz to 1003 MHz. RFPD3890 offers excellent linearity and outstanding return loss performance with low noise and optimal reliability.
