Qorvo's QPL1000 is a packaged, high-performance, low-noise amplifier. It is manufactured using Qorvo's 0.25 um GaN (second generation) process. The QPL1000 covers a frequency range of 8–11 GHz, providing a small-signal gain of 27 dB and a low noise figure of 1.7 dB. With GaN Gen II technology, the QPL1000 can withstand a continuous RF incident power of up to 5W, offer a saturated power of 15 dBm, and has a low IM3 level of -24 dBc (Pout = +6 dBm/tone).
The QPL1000 is encapsulated in a 4mm x 4mm small plastic secondary molding QFN package, matching 50 ohms. Both I/O ports have integrated DC blocking covers, facilitating operation and simple system integration.
The high performance and compact size of QPL1000 make it an ideal choice for satellite and point-to-point communication systems.
