TQL9066 is a 4x4 mm packaged dual-device amplifier with high linearity and ultra-low noise figure. In the balanced configuration at 830 MHz, the LNA provides 18.4 dB of gain, 22 dBm of IIP3 and 0.62 dB of noise figure. TQL9066 does not require a negative power supply for operation and can bias adjust the drain current and voltage. TQL9066 is packaged in an industry-standard QFN package that complies with green/RoHS standards.
TQL9066 is composed of a single monolithic GaAs EpHEMT chip, integrating bias circuits and turn-off capability, enabling the LNA to be used in FDD and TDD applications.
TQL9066 has been optimized for the 700 - 1000 MHz frequency band, but it can also be used outside this band. TriQuint provides dual LNA for the 1.5 - 2.3 GHz frequency band (TQP3M9040) and the 2.3 - 4.0 GHz frequency band (NQP3M9041). The balanced amplifier has been optimized for high-performance receivers in wireless infrastructure and can be used in base station transceivers or tower amplifiers.
