The QPA4563C from RFMD is a high-performance SiGe HBT MMIC amplifier that utilizes a Darlington configuration with a patented active bias network. The active bias network provides stable current during temperature and process beta variations. The QPA4563C is designed to operate directly from a 3V power supply and, compared to typical Darlington amplifiers, does not require a voltage divider resistor. The QPA4563C is specifically designed for high-linear 3V gain block applications that require small size and the minimum number of external components. The internal matching is 50 Ω.
