The QPA5389A is a high-performance SiGe HBT MMIC amplifier. The QPA5389A adopts a Darlington configuration. The QPA5389A offers a flat gain and excellent linearity over a wide frequency range. The QPA5389A also has outstanding thermal performance. 

The QPA5389A internally matches 50Ω input and output with only two DC blocking capacitors, one resistor, and an optional RF choke for operation. The QPA5389A is powered by a single power supply and has a stable bias current. The QPA5389A can be cascaded with other amplifiers.
