TQP5525 is a high-power WLAN power amplifier module, featuring an internally matched 3-stage PA, a compensation DC bias circuit, and an output power detector. TQP5525 offers high gain (32 dB), high linearity, industry-leading EVM base, and excellent spectral purity for broadband OFDM applications. The architecture and interface have been optimized to meet the most stringent EVM requirements of the next-generation 802.11.ac WLAN devices.
The TQP5525 features a chipset logic-compatible control voltage and buffer PA enable pin (PAEN), all of which consume very low current for ease of use and compatibility with current and future generations of transceivers. With its optimized power consumption, the TQP5525 is highly suitable for implementing to the next-generation MIMO configuration and is designed to operate with or without digital predistortion (DPD).
