The CGA-6681Z of RFMD is a high-performance gallium arsenide HBT MMIC amplifier. The CGA6618Z is designed using InGaP technology and boasts excellent reliability. The Darlington configuration is used for wideband performance. The heterojunction increases the breakdown voltage and minimizes the leakage current between the junctions. The CGA-6618Z contains two amplifiers, which are used for wideband push-pull CATV amplifiers that require excellent second-order performance. The second-order or third-order nonlinearity has been greatly improved in the push-pull configuration.
