The XEC24E3-03G is a low-profile, high-performance 3dB hybrid power coupler, featuring a new type of surface-mount package that is easy to use and manufacture. It is specifically designed for the IMS band and is suitable for RF heating applications in the 2400 MHz to 2500 MHz range. It can be used in high-power applications up to 300 watts. 

The parts have undergone rigorous testing and are made of materials with thermal expansion coefficient (CTE). These materials are compatible with common substrates such as FR4, G-10, RF-35, RO4350 and polyimide. Six ENIG (XEC24E3-03G) finishes compliant with RoHS are available.
