X3C20A2-03 is a low-profile, high-performance 3dB hybrid coupler in a new, user-friendly, and manufacturing-friendly surface-mount package. It is designed for LTE and WIMAX frequency band applications. X3C21P1-03S is specifically designed for balancing power and low-noise amplifiers, signal distribution, and other applications that require low insertion loss and tight amplitude and phase balance. It can be used for high-power applications up to 110 watts. The parts have undergone strict qualification tests and are manufactured using materials that are compatible with common substrates (such as FR4, G-10, RF-35, RO4003, and polyimide) with a thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) that is similar to that of common substrates. It is tin-plated with 6/6 in accordance with RoHS standards.
