The XC3500P-20S is a low-profile, high-performance 20dB directional coupler that features a new, user-friendly and manufacturing-friendly surface-mount package. It is designed for UMTS and other 3G applications. The XC3500P-20S is specifically tailored for power and frequency detection, as well as VSWR monitoring that requires strict control of coupling and low insertion loss. It can be used in high-power applications up to 150 watts. 

The parts have undergone rigorous testing and are made of materials with a thermal expansion coefficient (CTE), which are compatible with common substrates such as FR4, G-10, RF-35, RO4350 and polyimide. The finishes provided are 5/6 tin-lead (XC2100A-20P) and 6/6 tin immersion (XC2100A-20S) that comply with RoHS standards.
