HMC-C011 is a universal broadband high isolation non-reflective GaAs MESFET SPDT switch, encapsulated in a miniature sealed module and equipped with a replaceable SMA connector on-site. This switch operates in the frequency range from DC to 20 GHz and features high isolation and low insertion loss. It provides greater than 45 dB isolation at the highest 5 GHz frequency and greater than 35 dB isolation at the highest 20 GHz frequency. The CMOS interface allows for the provision of a single +5V forward bias voltage under very low DC current conditions.
