ADI Company provides integrated front-end ICs for phased array antennas, thereby offering a more compact solution and making deployment easier. The front-end ICs can be combined with ADI Company's beamforming ICs (such as ADAR1000) to be used as transceivers/digital-to-analog converters for analog beamforming antennas or digital beamforming antennas. These front-end ICs integrate power amplifiers (PA), low-noise amplifiers (LNA), and transmit/receive switching chips (SW) that can match the antenna elements for radar applications. These compact and simple products make planar array technology possible, which was previously difficult for traditional standard single-function products. These products not only include PA/LNA/SW, but also all the passive circuits required for using these components. Some of these products can be used for CW applications, such as data links and pulse radar applications.
