Description:

 The in-phase quadrature (I/Q) up-converter integrates the I/Q mixer, RF amplifier, 90° hybrid device and LO buffer within a single package. These components are used in the transmitter application for up-converting the intermediate frequency (IF) to the desired radio frequency (RF), while reducing the requirements for interference sideband filtering.
