 ADI's power amplifiers are based on GaN and GaAs semiconductor technologies with a frequency range from 1 kHz to 95 GHz. Besides bare chips and surface mount components, our product range also includes GaN-based power amplifier modules with an output power exceeding 8 kW. Our power amplifiers are well-designed, featuring excellent linearity at high output power and maintaining good heat dissipation and high reliability under temperature rise conditions in various wired and wireless applications. Many power amplifiers cover ten times the bandwidth and support integrated single IC instruments and military applications. Additionally, we also provide many narrowband products for supporting telecommunications and satellite communications. With a wide range of product options, suitable products can be selected for specific applications.
