The μModule® (micro module) receiver of ADI Company is composed of a high-performance high-speed ADC with fixed gain, a high-speed amplifier and an anti-aliasing filter. Our integrated ADC and driver products include integrated bypass capacitors, which simplify the high-frequency layout required to maintain AC performance. Circuit board space savings are crucial for instrument applications such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes and communication test equipment, or communication applications such as high-sensitivity receivers, software-defined radio (SDR) or signal intelligent receivers. Our product series uses a systematic packaging (SiP) technology similar to multi-chip modules (MCM) to integrate components with different technologies and passive components, thereby achieving integrated subsystems.
