The AXZ1063 high-speed digitizer supports a 100MSPS sampling rate and 16-bit resolution. It utilizes high-speed, large-capacity data caching and high-speed data exchange technology, making it suitable for the precise capture of high-speed and transient signals. It can be used to build multi-channel, high-precision, synchronous acquisition systems.

Board Features

The AXZ1063 digitizer supports 4 data acquisition channels, 1 external reference clock (please consult the manufacturer's customer service personnel if you need support for this type of clock source), and 1 external trigger input. The acquisition channels support online switching between 50Ω/1MΩ impedance matching, DC/AC coupling, and 1Vpp/2Vpp/10Vpp/20Vpp ranges.
