CMD318P3 is a broadband MMIC low-noise amplifier, installed in a 3x3 mm leadless plastic surface-mount package. CMD318P3 is highly suitable for micro-wave radios requiring small size and low power consumption, as well as applications in the C and X bands. The broadband device offers 22 dB of gain, with an output 1 dB compression point of +14 dBm, and a noise figure of 1.25 dB at 8 GHz. CMD318P3 features a 50 ohm matching design and does not require external DC blocks or RF port matching.
