About Our Workshop
We operate a 5000 m² dust-free and anti-static production workshop with 7 medium to high-speed SMT lines, achieving a daily surface mount capacity of up to 15.32 million chips.
Our facility features professional production and testing equipment: automatic visual solder paste printers, SPI 3D detectors, high-speed mounters, 12-zone lead-free reflow ovens, online AOI detectors, X-ray detectors, 2 DIP inserts, 2 post-welding lines, 2 testing lines, and 1 selective coating line.
We handle component packages from 0201 to 57mm with 360 maximum types and ±35 microns mounting accuracy.
With our expertise, your BOM list, PCB and PCBA requirements will be perfectly executed.
